Rachelle and Eric met me downtown for some engagement session fun at the FSU law school campus. I just loved Rachell’e dress and the bright color! Then we headed out to Southwood and grabbed their dog, Dude, for some family shots.

Jodi and Martin were such troopers! We walked up and down Maclay Gardens in 95+ degree weather with roughly the same humidity. It was blistering hot. It was so worth it though, because just look at these two. I love their chemistry!!

I totally love these two! Martin is a professional motorcross racer and at one of his races he broke his foot. He was still having some issues with it and two days before the session he had last minute surgery. But he was such a trooper! It was sweltering hot and Martin walked all over Maclay Gardens with me (on crutches no less!), always with a smile. Thank you Jodi and Martin for keeping a smile on your faces and indulging me through one of the muggiest days all summer! I totally think it was worth it because you guys ROCKED this! I can’t wait until your wedding!!

A year ago Dianna and Brett lived on the wild side and joined me at the North Florida Fair for part of their engagement session. We had a blast that day! Sharon called Matt a “respectful southern gentleman” and I completely agree! During the entire engagement session, Matt was standing by Sharon’s side to help her with whatever it may be – carrying her bag, holding her up as she changed shoes, making her laugh when she was feeling uncertain. These two are just so perfect together! I can’t wait until their Pebble Hill wedding in June!!

Amanda and Vance are such a fun couple! They love being outdoors and spending time on their boat, so it made perfect sense when they suggested going to St. Marks for their engagement session. It was a beautiful day – perfect for an evening on the coast . . . and I even got to see a dolphin and a family of deer! I can’t wait until their wedding in September!

I just love Jon and Lindsey!
Let’s back up. I met Lindsey at the Andrew’s Fall Bridal Show and she ended up winning one of the drawings I was doing. When I emailed to let her know she won, I received this response: “You just made my ENTIRE DAY!! Woo hoo!” How awesome is she?! The more I got to know Lindsey I realized she was a girl after my own heart. For starters, she answered one of my questionnaire questions with “If I had my way, I would get a Grande White Mocha every morning.” Um, ME TOO!!
And Jon. Well, I knew I loved Jon just from his name. I have an Uncle Jon and Jeremy has a brother Jon. All just “Jon.” Not short for Jonathan and not spelled with an “h.” Call me crazy, but I knew the stars had aligned. 
Plus, Jon is a romantic. He had saved a text from before he and Lindsey started dating (4 years earlier) and pulled out THAT phone, with THAT text, when he proposed saying that text changed his life. Then he proposed by a waterfall. SWOON!!! (Ok, Lindsey says it was more of a trickle of water, but still!)
I had such a fun time with them at their Alford Greenway engagement session, and I can’t wait until their Mission San Luis wedding next winter!!

The afternoon started off a tad chilly and a lot windy, but Whitney and Brandon were able to warm each other up quickly. 
The chemistry between these two is smokin’!
Alligator Point is one of their favorite places to visit, and this very beach is where Brandon proposed. It was the perfect location for us to capture their love and what will soon be their new life together. Love you guys!

I love Kayla and Daniel and I had such a fun time with them at their engagement session. They wanted a more urban look, so we headed to Kleman Plaza in downtown Tallahassee. Then we chased the sun over to the First Baptist Church where Kayla and Daniel first met. These two are so cute together! I can’t wait until their wedding in August at Goodwood Plantation!

Brittani is the manager of a blueberry farm in Whigham, Georgia, so when she suggested we do the engagement session at the farm, I was all about it. I’m so glad I made the drive, because it was absolutely beautiful!! Pecan trees lined the entrance and the sun setting over the lake was breathtaking. We just missed blueberry season, so I guess that means I’ll need to schedule another session up there in order to grab some “pickin'” photos.

Brian surprised Morgan by getting down on one knee on Christmas morning, just as his dad had done years before to propose to his mom. J.J. surprised Lauren by showing up early to celebrate Christmas and her 25th birthday. As she opened her last gift, it was a Christmas ornament with the words “Will you marry me?,” she turned around to find J.J. on bended knee in front of the entire family. Such a perfect proposal story!!
I met Lauren and J.J. in Lauren’s hometown of Thomasville over the holiday break and saw their love first hand. It was perfect! I can’t wait until their wedding at the Grady Cultural Center – I know it will be beautiful, just like Lauren and J.J.!

What can I say about Carmella and Nate? I just LOVED working with them! Carmella told me she is uncomfortable in front of the camera, but you definitely can’t tell from their photos. Nate is hilarious and when they were together, Carmella just became herself. I loved every minute of their engagement session and seeing their love! I can NOT wait until their wedding at The Club at Hidden Creek….especially because Carmella makes her own chocolate and she’s planning a huge candy bar!

I met up with Jenna and Alexi at Maclay Gardens for their engagement session. Jenna and Alexi are so much fun to hang out with! They kept me laughing through the entire engagement session, and I especially loved hanging out with sweet Mia! (she even shared her goldfish with me!!)
